You’ve already lost access to your account and by association your business manager and your business page, and that, my friend, seriously sucks.  BUT, all is not definitely lost.  I don’t act for clients for recovery of their personal Facebook Profile because there is currently no department that supports that.  However, I do offer an account recovery service to help you recover your business page.    I take these on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances relating to the loss of access and the liklihood of retrieval.  You will find some tips for hacked accounts in this link here, so try those before anything else!
